Propeller Polishing Service
Our propeller polishing service uses a high-speed, advanced system designed for multi-stage polishing. This process includes three stages: polishing the blades, blade roots, propeller boss, and cone. Each stage ensures maximum performance and efficiency.

Stage 1: Coarse Abrasive Polishing
The first stage involves the use of a coarse-grade abrasive to remove marine growth, such as algae, weed, and shell fouling. This step eliminates debris and prepares the propeller for finer polishing, improving both appearance and performance.
Stage 2: Fine Abrasive Polishing
Next, we polish the propeller with a very fine abrasive, achieving a smooth surface with approximately a 2-micron C.L.A. (Centrical Line Average). This reduces surface roughness, enhancing efficiency by promoting smoother water flow, which leads to improved fuel efficiency and smoother operation.
Stage 3: Ultra-Fine Polishing
Depending on the propeller’s condition, the final stage involves the use of a special buffer pad. This achieves an ultra-smooth finish of 1-micron C.L.A., creating a mirror-like surface. The result is a more hydrodynamic propeller that further boosts fuel savings and improves vessel performance.
Through this three-stage process, we ensure your propeller stays in optimal condition. Our service removes fouling, smooths the surface, and enhances hydrodynamic efficiency. With reduced friction and wear, you’ll notice improved fuel economy, better handling, and a longer lifespan for your propeller.
Whether you operate a commercial vessel or a private boat, our polishing service is designed to help you get the most out of your propeller. By maintaining your equipment in excellent condition, you can achieve smoother sailing and lower operating costs.
