The air mass meter is an important component within the engine control. Its correct function is necessary for proper operation of the engine and for a correct exhaust pattern. Often interference occurs due to polluted air mass sensors, which are manifested in continuous engine running or even in an emergency circuit of the engine electronics.
With the BARDAHL Air Flow Sensor Cleaner, you can free the air mass meter from dust, dirt and greasy dirt by spraying the faeces.
Before treatment, remove the connecting lines to the sensor, then spray the product directly onto the surfaces to be cleaned. Use the power of the spray jet to rinse away the dirt. If dirty, repeat several times until the surfaces are clean. Leave to dry for a few minutes, then repeat again.
Before the sensor is reconnected, allow to dry for at least 10 minutes.
Warning: never touch the sensor with your fingers and do not use compressed air to dry.
